The membership is for families who want one person they trust to keep their doors in shape, and to be first in line if anything goes wrong.

Who it’s for
- Families with two garage doors, or a busy door that opens 6, 8, 10 times a day.
- Homes in Edina, Minnetonka, Wayzata, St. Louis Park, Plymouth and nearby where the garage is the front door.

- Anyone who’d rather not search for a garage door company at 7 AM on a frozen morning.
Membership terms (plain English)
- The membership covers the yearly tune-up and inspection, priority scheduling, the waived service-call fee and the 10% repair discount. Repairs, parts and new openers are not included; members pay for them at 10% off, with the exact price before any work.
- It is not a warranty, an extended warranty, insurance, or a service contract, and it does not pay for repairs.
- One home, up to two residential garage doors and their openers. Extra doors at the same home: ask.
- Paid once a year. No automatic renewal: I’ll remind you when the year is up and you decide.
- Full refund if you cancel before your first tune-up visit. After that, membership benefits continue until the end of your year.
- Can’t be combined with other offers or codes. Night surcharge after 9 PM still applies.
FAQ
Does the membership cover broken springs or a new opener?
Members get them at 10% off, with no service-call fee and front-of-the-line scheduling. The parts and work themselves are not included in the $200; this keeps the price low and honest.
How fast will you come?
Members are scheduled first. Typical arrival across the metro is about an hour, and same-day service whenever possible.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Full refund before your first tune-up visit. Nothing renews automatically.
